Crafted with a special polyester thread, woven from recycled Ocean plastic including recycled ghost nets and plastic bottles. We donate 1% of every sale to Ocean Generation (formerly Plastic Oceans UK) via Work for Good.

We also donate a further 1% of every sale to The Marine Conservation Society.

As well as this, we make an annual donations to other ocean conservation charities like Surfers Against Sewage.

We partner with organisations like Route Brasil and Seaqual to collect our plastic, helping them to further their work in cleaning up our beaches and ocean and supporting their local communities.

We offset our emissions from every sale with the Shopify Offset programme, which is currently funding the Jarí Para Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon Rainforest, and we partner with DHL GoGreen for deliveries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any unused or faulty items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To process a return or exchange please follow the instructions included in your parcel.

If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.

FURTHER INFORMATION

All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges when sending items back to Ocean Refresh. We do not provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping costs so as to keep our shoes better priced for everyone.
