Items will be declared at their retail value, any customs fees/taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We hope you love your new flip flops. If you’re unhappy with them for any reason, please drop us an email at contactus@oceanrefresh.com  

    Any unused or faulty items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To process a return or exchange please follow the instructions included in your parcel.

    FURTHER INFORMATION

    Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt (unless the product is faulty). If it has been longer than 30 days since you placed your order, please contact us at orders@oceanrefresh.com.

    All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges when sending items back to Ocean Refresh. We do not provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping costs so as to keep our shoes better priced for everyone.
