Ocean Refresh returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) regulations 2000.

Conditions of Return

Items ordered may only be returned within the first 7 working days for a full refund, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

i. Customers must contact ( and request a return within 3 working days of delivery.
ii. All returns must be authorised and use the full returns address provided.
iii. Carriage costs for returning the Goods is the customers responsibility.
iiii. Goods remain the customers responsibility during transit, until signed for by us.


It is the consumers statutory duty to return items in the original packaging, good condition and to ensure that postage is correctly paid and adequately protected. Ocean Refresh reserves the right to charge direct costs for breaches of the statutory duty.

Faulty Products

If you believe your Goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, please contact ( If your problem can’t be resolved by telephone or email the item can be returned for testing, providing the following conditions are met:

i. All returned Goods must be authorised and sent to the full returns address provided.
ii. Goods should be returned complete (including all original packaging).
iiii. Goods remain the customers responsibility during transit, until signed for by us.

Defects In Quality/Quantity

Every care is taken in the preparation of the Goods but it is the responsibility of the Customer to check them immediately upon receipt to ensure that they comply with the Customers instructions in every respect. If the Customer alleges that the Goods do not conform to the Customers order whether as to content, quality or quantity it shall notify Ocean Refresh within 3 working days of delivery by email, letter, telephone or facsimile transmission of such allegation and the failure to make such notification shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the conformity of the goods to the Customer’s order in every respect.

Refunds & Exchanges

At their discretion Ocean Refresh will issue a full refund or replacement as necessary. If no same product is available, a full refund will be given.
